Motivation Dysregulation Support (ADHD Management)

Many people with ADHD know exactly what they “should” do: eat regularly, plan meals, keep routines, and still can’t make it happen. That’s not a willpower problem. ADHD brains tend to run on interest, urgency, and novelty rather than importance, which is why the usual advice doesn’t stick. I call this motivation dysregulation. In this program, we work out what actually motivates you, then build food and lifestyle systems around it: meal planning, timing, and routines that fit how your brain works, not how it’s “supposed” to.

Together, we’ll define those motivators, rules, and lifestyle changes that can help you feel better along with creating meaningful agreements that bring clarity and flow to your daily life.
