Let’s talk about what’s going on—and what you really need.
Reconnecting with What Matters: Unlocking True Motivation
Motivation is a tricky issue. Often, what looks like a lack of motivation is really a lack of clarity.
When we’re out of alignment with our truth or purpose, we can feel stuck, misunderstood as lazy or depressed—when in reality, we may be burnt out, lost, overwhelmed, or drained by competing demands that leave little energy for ourselves. True motivation comes from reconnecting with what matters and finding space to honor it. You may have all the knowledge in the world about why you should do something, but do you really want to do it?

Behavioral Nutrition Therapy
Behavioral Nutrition Therapy (BNT) is a holistic, evidence-based approach that integrates nutritional science with behavior change strategies, psychology, and lifestyle counseling to help individuals improve their health and relationship with food. Rather than focusing solely on what a person eats, BNT emphasizes why, how, and under what circumstances they eat, as well as the thoughts, emotions, and habits that drive eating behaviors.

Managing the Menopause Transition
As your Menopause transition partner, I’m here to walk beside you through this deeply transformative stage of life. Menopause is real, and it’s often unspoken and unprepared for, but it is not the end. What makes my approach unique is a focus on guiding you back to yourself. This is a sacred time to pause, reflect, and honor the woman you’ve been and the wisdom you’ve earned. It’s an invitation to shift from simply experiencing life to living it with intention, grace, and self-respect. We will start with a Nutrition assessment and then together, we’ll create space for reconnection, renewal, and the bold vision of who you are becoming, so you move forward not with regret, but with pride, purpose, and possibility feeling your very best in mind and body.

Motivation Dysregulation Support (ADHD management)
Motivation dysregulation is a key and often misunderstood component of ADHD. ADHD is not a deficiency—it’s a different kind of brilliance. When we begin to see it as a gift rather than a flaw, we unlock the first step toward empowerment and living a fulfilling life on your own terms. ADHD doesn’t mean a broken nervous system—it means a beautifully complex one that thrives under a different set of rules. It is actually referred to as Motivation Dysregulation, because what motivates “neurotypical” people does not motivate the person with ADHD. However, identifying the motivation that supports success for an ADHDer leads to the desired outcome. Together, we’ll define those motivators, rules, and lifestyle changes that can help you feel better along with creating meaningful agreements that bring clarity and flow to your daily life.
In our work together, our focus will be on an anti-inflammatory diet coupled with a curated supplementation protocol to support your gut/brain axis. In addition, we will explore systems and strategies that support consistently eating, meal-prep, and deep dive into your unique motivators around food and lifestyle
